JSC Belaruskali employs 5823 women. On the eve of the main holiday of all women, the Company held festive events. 227 women employees were honoured with various awards: 7 received the title Honoured Veteran of Labour, 30 - Veteran of Labour, 185 were awarded the Certificate of Honour.
Director General Andrei Rybakov addressed sincere congratulations to the charming ladies, noting that they are the soul of the Сompany.
For long and excellent work S. Semechko, I. Zhukovskaya, N. Navitskaya, and Z. Lakhvich were awarded the honorary title Honoured Veteran of Labour of JSC Belaruskali.
The title Veteran of Labour of JSC Belaruskali was granted to T. Biryuk, N. Lakina, L. Egorova, I. Veremeichik, R. Karpovich, S. Solovei, T. Tychina, S. Smolova, Zh. Ivanova.
Andrey Petrovsky, Technical Director, spoke about the undeniably important role of a woman in every man's life.
Oleg Cherkas, Production Director, expressed his gratitude for excellent work and creation of a warm microclimate in the teams.
32 women were awarded the Certificate of Honour.
A festive atmosphere filled with smiles of lovely ladies reigned at the Production Units. The beautiful half of the staff received congratulations and deserved awards.
Alexander Chayanov, Director of the PU 1, congratulated those who make the world kinder and more beautiful on the spring holiday:
- “You are the jewels of our team, you make a significant contribution to production results, you have a kind heart and great patience. I wish you inspiration, growth and development, spring mood, be loved and happy”.
27 female employees of the PU 1 received Certificates of Honour of JSC Belaruskali for their meritorious work.
Words of gratitude for diligence and responsibility, wishes of spring mood, love and family prosperity were heard from the Head of the Processing Plant Yuri Stefaniak and the Mine Head Vladimir Senyuk.
“You make the world kinder, warmer and more beautiful. Have a good mood, sunny days and happy,” Viktor Getmanov, Director of the PU 2, addressed the women.
The title Veteran of Labour was awarded to N. Bogushevich, E. Kovalenya, Zh. Loiko, I. Parkhomchik, E. Timenkova.
The Mine Head Evgeny Golagutsky wished good health, unquenchable energy and love to his dear colleagues.
Dmitry Klishevich, Head of the Processing Plant, noted 5 distinctive female qualities - diligence, responsibility, diligence, punctuality, honesty. And he added that they show themselves perfectly in any position.
The Company awarded 24 representatives of the female employees of the PU 2 with the Certificates of Honour.

Thank you for your endless diligence, endless faith in the overall success of our Production Unit”, - Alexander Dolgikh, Director of the PU 3, addressed his wishes.
V. Dym was awarded the honorary title Honoured Veteran of Labour of JSC Belaruskali.
The honorary title Veteran of Labour of JSC Belaruskali was granted to N.Vakulich, V. Karchevskaya, T. Prokopchuk, T. Razumova, L. Tsiok, E. Chupina.
20 best representatives of the PU 3 were awarded Certificates of Honour of JSC Belaruskali.
Dmitry Nasevich, Head of the Mine, and Valery Zhevzhik, Head of the Processing Plant, sincerely congratulated the women on the holiday.

In his congratulatory speech addressed to the women Sergei Patiyuk, Director of the PU 4 said:
- “I congratulate not only those present here, but also all our women - who are at work today, on a day off or on holiday. Probably, it would be great if you only had to take care of keeping the warmth of the home. But you work equally with us, you contribute to the development of the production. And I sincerely appreciate you!”

The title ‘Veteran of Labour’ was awarded to Zh. Bakhshetyan, N. Belko, Zh. Gutarova, N. Danilevich, S. Zibrova, O. Mayorenko, O. Matyushchenko, I. Mafiena.
29 female employees were awarded Certificates of Honour of the Company.

Two holidays - the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland and the 8th of March - gathered the employees of the Petrikov Production Unit in one hall. It is already a tradition.
The strong half of the staff was congratulated first, and then - the most beautiful one.
Certificates of Honour were awarded to N. Vedigun, D. Volkova, A. Zhebrak, T. Kominch, M. Kurdo, K. Maiseenko, A. Pashkevich, E. Rodina, E. Tkacheva, L. Findyukevich, V. Shaporenko. And the Monetary prize was given to V. Klezovich.
