Significant dates: 55 years of Administration and 65 years of the Power Supply Shop
The Belaruskali Concert Hall has become a meeting place for generations. Gathered here are those whose hands and minds have shaped and continue to shape the history of the potash industry: labor veterans, executives, and young specialists. A united team for whom their profession has long ceased to be just a job—it has become a calling, a part of their soul, a family tradition.
Honors to the veterans. A special moment came when those who have dedicated 20, 30, 40, and more years to the company rose in the hall. The applause that sounded in their honor was the sincerest recognition of the achievements of those who laid the foundation for today's achievements.
Who are the year's anniversaries?
In 2026, the following departments will celebrate their significant dates: HR Department and Personnel Training Department, Legal Department, Labor Management and Wages Department, Economic Analysis Department, Financial Department and Planning and Economic Department, Chief Mechanical Department, Chief Geologist and Chief Mine Surveyor's Department, Power Supply Shop of Energy Department, IT Department, Labor Safety Department, Industrial Safety and Mine Rescue Department, as well as Technical Control Department and Central Laboratory.
Belaruskali’s Director General Andrei Rybakou, speaking to the staff, noted the achievements of veterans and their successors: - "May your experience and unquenchable energy continue to lead our common cause only forward."
Award ceremony, recognition of merits
During the celebration, 7 employees were awarded the honorary title of "Veteran of Labor", 10 specialists were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Company. Among the awardees were HR specialists, lawyers, economists, mechanical engineers, geologists, power engineers, occupational safety specialists and others. Each name is a story of dedication to the cause, each award is a symbol of gratitude for many years of work.
Warm words addressed to the departments celebrating anniversaries were voiced by Deputy Director General Igor Delendik, Deputy Director General Sergei Bondarovets and Chief Engineer Andrei Petrovsky.
Numerous awards for active participation in trade union activities were presented by the primary trade union organization of JSC Belaruskali, Belkhimprofsoyuz.
